remote console Problem -- MIDRANGE-L

I re-IPLed a Model 170 with V5R2 on Sunday after I updated the latest cumlative 
PTF Cds.

I now cannot access the system via the remote console. I can get to the system 
using CAE or Mocha.

It appears that I have 2 controllers (CTL01 & CTL02) both of which are varied 
off. When I vary on both controllers, I receive back a message that states 
resource name CTL01 cannot be found.

Where can I co to find out what steps to takes next?

I have a message A9002000  on the control panel
