FTP SCRIPT

I am looking to a way to FTP a file from my As/400 to another system on a
nightly basis.I have never done this before so please treat me as if  I
don't know anything..It would be a simple file coming from LIBX/FILEX  to
the other system.I really would appreciate a detailed script sample to
accomplish this.....THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
