Thanks for all the replies, finally worked it out when one guy ran the OCL it 
worked, so checked all the differences and apart from him being a big ugly 
Dutchman :-) it was the JOBD!!  The Output queue on mine and the first guy was 
set to *USRPRF on the guy where it worked it was *DEV.  So the override is 
ignored when the job description is set like that, you learn something new 
every day.  :-). 

That's another thing I inherited almost everyone has a separate JOBD, makes for 
interesting times.  :-)
