Every PTF is different - you need to find the cover letter. DSPPTF will let you see the information and has an option to display the cover letter, but it might not be on your system. So you could go to www.iseries.ibm.com/support and look, under Fixes, for the PTF cover letters database, then search on the PTF ID.
