Does anybody what the difference between the various DVD-RAM drives are?

>From what I can tell:

Feature #4x30 (CCIN 6330): Half-height, supports cartridge or bare media
Feature #5751 (CCIN 6631): Slimline, bare media only
Feature #4x33 (CCIN 6633): Half-height, bare media only

It seems that my 810 will support the 4530 or 4533.

Is there any performance differences? I could have sworn that I saw a web
page that listed transfer rates for the DVD-RAM drives, but I've been unable
to find it again.

Thanks in advance,
