You have to bind to the QC2LE binding directory so that it knows where to
find the __errno procedure. This is done automatically for you if you're
working in ILE C, so I assume you're working in another language.

I do most of my stuff in RPG. In RPG I prefer to do it on the H-spec:

    H BNDDIR('QC2LE')

If you have other binding directories that you need as well, you can list
them all separated by colons:

    H BNDDIR('QC2LE': 'MYLIB/MYBNDDIR')

If you're doing this in CL or COBOL you'll need to specify it on the
CRTPGM or CRTSRVPGM command:

   CRTPGM PGM(MYPGM) BNDDIR(QC2LE)
   CRTSRVPGM SRVPGM(MYSRVPGM) BNDDIR(QC2LE)

Most HLLs also have it on the CRTBNDxxx command.

   CRTBNDCBL PGM(MYPGM) BNDDIR(QC2LE)
   CRTBNDRPG PGM(MYPGM) BNDDIR(QC2LE)

(But, for some reason, CRTBNDCL doesn't have this option, so you have to
use CRTCLMOD & CRTPGM)
