Yes we did.  An example:  He brought a card to temporarily install in the
520 to allow us to attach one of the 3570 drives for data transfer from the
270.  After moving the SCSI cable to the 520 we couldn't get the 520 to see
it for love nor money.  One if the cable's pins was pushed in.  The engineer
thought he did it.  Spent a half hour trying to get the pin pulled back out.
No luck so we tried the cable from the other 3570.  Worked fine.  And the
cable with the bad pin still works on the 270. <g>  The card in the 520 must
be obstinate.  Go figure.  Cost us about 2 hours though.
