Chuck,

Last week, about Wednesday as I recall.  Some folks dialed in and took a
look and gathered information for the developer last Friday.  Given that
this is a holiday week, I do not expect anything until next week. 

They did say they were 'planning' a fix for this but have not put a date to
it yet.........

How long ago was it "kicked up to a developer for a second opinion" Mike ?

I have a partially damaged object in QSYS just after installing i5/OS V5R3
on an i5 520.  It's a file QSYS/QAS9TTPF.  Every time I run a full system
backup, the SAVSYS portion halts with a message that requires a response
before the backup job will continue......It's a real pain in the rear.

I opened a PMR and the first words of wisdom were to reinstall the OS....I
asked that it be kicked up to a developer for a second opinion and am still
waiting for a fix.....

I share your pain on this damaged object crap!  :-)
