AFAIK, it works in any perspective.  I've used it in RSE and Mark's iSeries
Editing.  Also, just accidentally tried it in the Java perspective and it
came up there too.

I've tried it with my cursor in the RSE and LPEX view and even Java's
Variable view.

I'm at 5.1.2 but it worked on the older version to.
