It's more or less the same as it would be on a Unix system.

First, edit the config file that determines what gets exported:
  EDTF '/etc/exports'

Then start the NFS server:
  STRNFSSVR SERVER(*ALL)

Give that a few seconds to start up -- then you can mount the exported
shares from your Linux box, just as you would any other NFS server.

On FreeBSD, I mount NFS shares with (for example):

     mount myiseries:/home/klemscot /mnt

I assume that Linux is similar or the same.
