Is there a setting in BRMS that will cause it to not purge the object
save history for an expired tape?

I had a situation today that I needed to restore a file from before
the oldest saves mounted on the tape library - the file I needed
existed on an expired tape (I found it using native dsptap methods) so
the save history for that tape was purged from the BRMS object list.

It was a pain in the butt trying going through the expired tapes one
by one trying to find my file - it would be nice if it would leave the
save history for expired tapes until the tape is re-used.

Thanks,

Rick
