I have to jump in and say I use and really like MIMIX. All the products can do what is needed so, for me, the difference is the support. Lakeviews runbook and support have been outstanding.

We are looking at Vision's Orion, DataMirror's iCluster, iTera's Echo 2 and
Lakeview's Mimix as HA solutions. I would like to get feedback from people
that use, have used or tried to use any of these products. Getting feed
back from people on this list would be more accurate then the sanitized
list we got from each vendor. I am most interested in hearing people's
opinions on the product overall, customer support, implementation, ease of
use, reliability, etc. I would also like to hear your experiences with
planned and any unplanned roll-overs.

If you have any words of wisdom or things to look for, I would appreciate
those as well.

If anyone would be willing to answer more in depth questions, please let me
know and we can take the discussion off-line.

Thanks.
