RE: Looking for v5r2 System Handbook

Actually, it looks like newer version of this handbook was published in
March of this year, and the pub number from the PDF that Marty sent me is
GA19-5486-24.

I sent an email to the Redbooks team.

Also gave feedback to InfoCenter team.
