Agreed with regards to the Helspsystems "cheerfulness". You failed to mention the T-shirts, pens and other paraphernalia they are always sending as customer appreciation! I would not run an iSeries/AS400 shop without it. We also use their Console and Alert products to monitor the system, answer non-critical messages, and then page us if there are serious issues.
