The command is CPYPTF - or GO PTF to find the copy option 3, IIRC. If someone has the media, they can use this command.

The Copy Program Temporary Fix (CPYPTF) command copies program temporary fixes (PTFs) from a diskette, tape, optical media, service, or save file to a diskette, tape, optical media or save file.

Actually 3.7 CUMS were on CD rom. If anyone has the last CUM for 3.7 that
might have it. Anyone. I suspect that most people have pitched old stuff
like this. This is the only box we have on an antiquated OS release. It
runs, does not very specific function, and does not need any upgrade. Not
to mention the cost to upgrade it.
If someone can help, that would be great. I did a SNDPTFORD also. I got an
error when I specified that I only wanted an electronic PTF, but when I said
any delivery was fine, it accepted the order and send the PTF would be
mailed. I guess we will see.
