Honestly don't know. Comparing anything in the 95/98/ME line to the
NT/2K/XP/2K3 line is like comparing CPF to OS/400 -- they're the same,
but completely different.

For 98 I'd say the DOS based stuff would work well, you can actually be
outside of windows w/98. But when you're in XP you can't get out.
