File&Prog deletions

The following objects were deleted suddenly from production library

Object Type

QRS36E/YREP212 *PF

QRS36E/YJOP1 *PF

YRSC/YWUSAR *RPG

as a result of this one of our batch bombed. Reported SA,he says

Our Penta reports record deletions, however the system audit

journal receivers are cleaned up automatically and we retain

only the last 10 at any given time We hit a gap here where

the report did not pick up the deletion of these objects, because

the journal had been purged for that time period.

Is there any other way we can find out who deleted it ?how they got
deleted?any better practises?

Thanks for taking your time, appreciate your help!

Murali.
