The cert should have the ca authority included with it.. Just put it on your PC, then view it (usually double clicking will work, make sure extension is .cer or something like that).. you'll see the root structure. Export the CA and then import that CA using DCM... If you can't find it, as them to send you a copy of the CA only. Importing a CA is different that importing a Certificate..
