I'm not getting any help on that screen... Other than help telling how to
use the screen. The only thing I would be concerned about is Quadrant's
FastFax server...

Read the help.  1 and 3 were recommended.  However, (and this is one of 
your ramifications), do you have users using Windows 95/98/ME to access 
NetServer?  I suggest reading the help on DSPSYSVAL QPWDLVL.
