× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Buy a multi processor machine.  Unless you turn on snmp then one job ain't 
going to eat all the processors.

i5 boxes and interactive workloads






Now that the i5 boxes are out, and the interactive governor has been 
removed (at least from the Enterprise Edition models), has anyone 
experienced problems w/ runaway interactive workloads? If so, what has 
been done to monitor and manage them?
