If this is the case, check the system message log.  We had this also a month 
ago when we had Agent accessing via the internet.  When the agent exit the 
system, their log on session was still active.  So, we went over the limit fast.

Rebooting didn't fix it.  



There is no known changes made on the PC, and it worked fine last week.



The workstation ID field is blank and is assigned as QPADEVnnnn.

We have had issues with this when the CA session is trying to establish a

workstation ID that is already being used.  Have you checked for that?
