Caution for PTFs on C4244520

I came in this morning and had to call Support Center first
thing... users could not access their spool files from a
menu selection-- (no, they don't have command line access
<G>).  
MCH3601 unmonitored by QCLCLCPR yada yada yada, 
Circumvention choice:  1)  recompile the menu program with
ANY command following the transfer control (which currently
is the final CL command in the program) or 2)  remove PTFs
SI13416 &amp; SI13417.
I chose Door #2, was told those two would likely get flagged
HIPER as they are infrastructure for the CL improvements
coming in V5R3 and I since our system is V5R2 that seemed
like a real good choice.
