I assume that you are referring to the warning that comes from changing the system value QDSPSGNINF, or the user profile attribute, DSPSGNINF, and the answer is that it's hard coded at 7 days. You could always write your own initial program to diagnose this, but it wouldn't be as secure as QDSPSGNINF, and it would be a pain.
