There isn't one that I know of. I got so frustrated with the DCM that I feel a better book would be "DCM by Dummies".

Note that you have to use IE or Opera with the DCM, at least as of V5R2. It doesn't follow web standards so browsers like Mozilla and Firefox won't work.
