May have found the problem.

In the PRTF there are overlays defined with variables.
 There can be from 1 to 10 overlays.  Sometimes there is
only one, so it tries to use " " as a name for the unused
overlay(s) which looks like it's causing problems.

Would creating a blank overlay and specifying this instead
of " " for the overlay name help?  How do others handle
this situation?
