All,

Had a job run this weekend that seem to hang during a RGZPFM command.

The job log has the following:
*NONE Command 09/17/04 21:00:19.170392 QCADRV
QSYS
                                     Message . . . . : 9400 - RGZPFM
FILE(COMHST)
CPC1207 Completion 50 09/20/04 02:15:01.441480 QWTMMTRS
QSYS
                                     Message . . . . : Subsystem ending
immediately.

The COMHST file being reorg'd has the following settings:
WAITFILE *IMMED
WAITRCD 60
#records 4383

The RGZPFM above was the 2nd to last command in the CL program, it was
followed by a RMVLIBLE command and then the ENDPGM.

Why would the reorg not finish nor throw an exception if the file was locked
by some other process?

Thanks,
Charles
