Write a stmf in the IFS that can be accessed by a
file://iseriesname/sharefolder/browserinf.bat path.  You BAT stream file
will contain the "start http://urltosite.html"; to resolve the site.  Then
you STRPCO, STRPCCMD to execute the STMF you created to the share.

I've ask this before but maybe someone has found a solution recently.

Has anyone found a way to overcome the 123 character limit of the PCCMD 
parameter on the STRPCCMD command? Some of my URLs are longer than 123 
characters.
