I missed worded my last post.... I am getting records. What I meant to
say was that, when using viewpoint (GUI intereface for querying data), it
only sees 1 field instead of all of the fields listed in the report. I am
trying to query the report by last used date and last changed date of
objects.

Re: How to "clean up the system"

What information are you looking for?

If you are trying to query the detail and add up by library or some such
thing then I suggest you prompt for RTVDSKINF and read the help. It
creates a file that you can query.

If you are only getting one record with CPYSPLF you are seriously messing
it up. I just did the following on my system:
CRTPF FILE(ROB/SPOOLDAVE) RCDLEN(150)
prtdskinf *sys
CPYSPLF FILE(QPEZDISK) TOFILE(ROB/SPOOLDAVE)
83 records copied to file SPOOLDAVE in ROB.

Re: How to "clean up the system"

When using the PRTDSKINF, there anyway to save the spool file output to an

outfile? I have tried converting the spool file using CPYSPLF to a PF but

it will not allow me to query it (it only sees 1 record).

Thanks,

David
