While it doesn't say SSL for FTP, this Redbook includes it as one of the
applications
in the DCM configuration.

This Redpiece is about VPN, but it also includes all of the steps to
implement SSL and the DCM steps required to secure FTP and other servers
using the TCP/IP Security settings through OpsNav (iNav?).
