I would suggest that you start with the V5R3 Information Center. Select Programming/Globalization/Handle data in global applications/Work with Unicode. This will get you into a series of articles which discuss Unicode support on iSeries. This application was developed on a single byte box and we are ignorant of DBCS and Unicode. Can anyone tells us what's involved? Any hardware changes? what changes in our code? etc? Where should we start reading? Thanks for any advice. -- This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
