Job Schedule Entry immediate submit

We have a situation where certain jobs are run automatically off of the Job 
Scheduler. But sometimes they don't (sometimes they were held for end of month 
or a holiday). These are type of background subsystem jobs for Orders, 
Invoicing to run, etc...

I would like to create a small CL program that would do an immediate submit for 
all of these jobs but I do not see such a command (immediate) like you have 
Addjobe, etc... Can I do this?
