I think even in 5.0 you should try going to Window->Open Perspective->Other..., which will show you a list. Select the XML perspective. Then you'll need to start a project, probably, then there is the possibility of adding an RDB to XML Mapping to the project. There must be help, haven't done the whole thing myself. There've also been articles in eServer iSeries Edition at IBM.

Look for tutorials in the help - I'm in 5.1.2, but 5.0 might have them, too. There's a section of XML Tutorials.

Vern, I saw through the InfoCenter links that there was some tie-in with XML
and WDSCi, but I did not see anything on my install (v5.0).  I was trying to
get past the "Complete the installation of CODE and VisualAge RPG" issue
that I discussed in the WDSCi-L list earlier today.

I need to find v5.1.
