This is a CL script that I use...  It looks similar to yours...

I don't put the password in quotes...

I issue about 30 different remote commands about 60 times a day, to this PC,
and it works without a hitch... The only time I reboot the PC, is to apply
the latest microsoft security patches,.

The only problems I have had, is trying to access 'isereis Mapped drives,
using this technique'
