<snip> Has anyone been able to connect their iSeries to Active directory? Meaning a user signing into the iSeries is resolved by my Active Directory. Does anyone have a "howto"? </snip> The answer is yes! I think at least a few hundred customers have accomplished this at V5R2 and V5R3 using the new free SSO support provided by IBM. The support is based on the Kerberos authentication technology combined with soemthing IBM calls Enterprise Identity Mapping (EIM). You can find more information in the iSeries information center as well as in iSeries Network archived webcasts, COMMON, an IBM Redbook (Embedded image moved to file: pic11910.gif)93% 1.
