You can use PRTSQLINF to see what statements, etc., are there. Might give you a clue as to who is doing this.

These look mostly like default names from the MS Office apps, as others have said. MSQRY32 is usually Excel. From an FAQ <http://www.iseries.ibm.com/db2/sqlperffaq.htm> on packages--

SQL packages for ODBC are named by taking the application name specified in the data source configuration and appending three letters that are an encoded set of the package configuration attributes.

So the first 7 characters are meaningful.
