That information is retrieved using the Retrieve Program Information (QCLRPGMI) API, in either format PGMI0100 or PGMI0200. This API gets you the program attributes that is fixed, whereas QBNLPGMI returns data that is variable in length and count. They COULD have been combined, I suppose, but I think this is easier to program with.
