When I was a batch MVS programmer in a past life, we could run jobs with TYPRUN=SCAN to check syntax. It was somewhat limited, but prevented some stupid things. Is there an equivalent (or better) on the 400? Specifically, I'm looking at programs called with an incorrect # of parms or missing executable object program. It's becoming a bad habit around here lately.
