Folks,

I have a physical file that has five key fields and the keys must be unique.
There is also a check constraint on the file that in essence will not allow
a NULL value in the 5 key fields. The file in question is also set to
reuse deleted records=*YES.

My question is this: Does a record that is deleted constitute a NULL value
in the file? The file in question is showing 4 deleted records. I keep
seeing a CPF5009 message (duplicate record key in member) in job logs that
touch this file.

Running OS/400 V5R2M0 with CUME 4077520, HIPER Lvl 108, and DB2 Lvl 15.

Thanks!

Mike Shaw
