Something like:

ADDRTGE SBSD(QINTER) SEQNBR(5) CMPVAL(QCMDI) PGM(MYLIB/MYPGM)

Then have MYLIB/MYPGM look something like this:

PGM

   CHGMSGQ MSGQ(*USRPRF) DLVRY(*BREAK) PGM(MYBRKPGM)
   TFRCTL PGM(QCMD)

ENDPGM
