Actually, the answer is neither.  An operating system running in a partition
does not see physical processors.  This partition has two virtual
processors.  They could be two dedicated processors or emulated with shared
processors.  To make it even more interesting, the virtual processors may be
assigned as little as 1/10 of a physical processor.

To see the real processors, you have to go out to the HSM.
