dds code to match program code

I haven't coded DDS logical in a while and never used the Select function.

I coded:

S PMKPPX                    COMP(NE 'OMA ') 
  PMKREI                    VALUES(' ')     
S PMKNOH                    VALUES('Y')     
  PMKHLD                    VALUES('Y')     
  PMKN99                    VALUES('Y')    

The program has:

PMKPPX        IFNE      'OMA '     
PMKREI        IFEQ      ' '        
PMKNOH        IFEQ      'Y' 
PMKHLD        OREQ      'Y' 
PMKN99        OREQ      'Y'
