PDM option 25 will certainly do it against a source file like QRPGSRC. I would do it in batch.
The dsppgmref is probably a easier way to deal with all the file statements and by selecting printer statements only , you can easily produce a list of programs. Use Query to list the records you need.
If you have Query on your box, I wouldn't fool with downloading to a pc.
I would be VERY cautious about removing old/any programs.
