That was our whole point in telling the customer that journaling was a much better solution than the "audit-print" function of QV, then (especially after learning that a competitor already had a "journal-view" capability) implementing "Journal-View" ourselves in QV. We're not going to begrudge our customers the right to have our competitors' products as well as ours, but I'll be damned if that happens, or if we lose a sale, because ours are somehow deficient. -- JHHL
