conditions.

User wants to download files from our iSeries to Excel  while I am doing a
month end back up.  The timing is such that the user may be doing a
download
when the SAVLIB SAVACT(*NO) is submitted for the same library the user is
downloading from.  Will the save fail because it cannot obtain a lock?

On the other hand, user may start a download after the SAVLIB is already in
progress.  What happens then?  Will the transfer function just hang?
