In addition to the read/write attribute of the share itself, the normal
OS/400 object security still applies.   Make sure that the userid that
you're signing into Windows with is able to create a directory in the
location that you specify.

While iSeries Navigator gives you the ability to type a different
userid/password to sign in with, the "My Computer" interface usually
doesn't.  Instead, it uses the userid/password that you signed into
Windows with.
