It is QLEE. OK, I went into IFS and told it (Chuck) to share and if I work with it through iSeries Navigator I can create new folder. But if I try that via My Computer I can't (?) What I want to do is back up my Outlook PST files on a daily basis to the iSeries. There is a new plug-in for Outlook that lets you do a scheduled backup ! Thanks for the help Rob ! There was a time, in Client Access, that one had a couple of names for their iSeries: One with a Q; and one without. iSeries Navigator Network Servers TCP/IP Right click on iSeries NetServer Properties Server name. Is it LEE or QLEE? Now, try this. iSeries Navigator File Systems Now, there are two ways to attack this. One is to look at File Shares, then you can look at their properties and see if the share is set to READ or READ/WRITE. Another way is to just go into Integrated File System. Then you can pick a directory you want to share. Right click on it. Select Sharing. And make sure it's READ/WRITE. Keep us posted. I was going to ask if it was under QDLS, but you would get a different error. QDLS doesn't like names like "New Folder".
