Well, it seems IBM has more employees of one ilk than any other, and
everything anyone else does has to get submitted for their review, where
they edit and reword, etc.  So the only complete piece of information is the
original that was submitted for review and that is probably known internally
as the: 

F'ing Dumba$$ Lawyer's copy 

which is reduced via the TLA processor (now embedded in the hypervisor) to
the "FDL copy".

So they could tell you, but then they'd have to sue you.

Just a guess...

I am looking at an Info APAR (II08311) and it has near the top:

Well, darned if I can find the FDL copy.  Searched the archives, and the
only hit is one from 1998 that uses FDL in the same context (with an APAR
reference), but it doesn't explain what it is or how to access it.

Anybody know?
