Client Access question

Hello gang

        I plan to replace my desktop , with a W2000 version next month.

        The CA cd that I had has gone missing.
        It's version was V3R2M0  SP59923

        My os version is V4R3M0

Where can I obtain a copy of that version of Client Access, and will it 
function with W2000?
