Jim, I would recommend you look at RDA (Report Designer) at www.gumbo.com.

It will do everything you asked for in your post.  It's what IBM's RLU
should have been.

It's not free, and probably not relatively cheap, BUT I think they offer a
30-day trial.  That may be long enough to do all of your conversions.  Be
warned, you may decide that you can't work without it!
