QNTC question

I have 2 as400's.

one can see the computers on the domain via QNTC (netserver),
the other one can't.

I see that the one that works has a profile of
NTGUEST as the guest user on the iSeries netserver.

Where is NTGUEST defined?

the one that doesn't work has a "regular" user profile
"LOWAUTH" as the guest user.
I cannot change the profile, even as QSECOFR.
I am getting a "not authorized to object" error...
object "/QNTC" owned by QDFTOWNR....

How can I change the guest profile in the netserver
tab? Or is this a symptom of another problem?
